Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Retainer

A session is considered booked once a signed agreement is received and a non-refundable retainer is paid. The retainer secures your date and time and is applied toward your total session fee.

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted without penalty, subject to availability.

Retainers are non-refundable. If a session is cancelled entirely, the retainer will not be returned.

In the case of illness, emergency, or unsafe weather conditions (for outdoor sessions), the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their session time reduced to avoid impacting other bookings. Full session fees still apply.

4. Image Delivery and File Policy

Edited digital images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 1–2 weeks unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients will receive only the number of fully edited images included in their selected package. The final image selection is made by the photographer to ensure quality and consistency with the brand’s artistic standards.

RAW (unedited) images are never provided under any circumstances. RAW files are unfinished, unprocessed files that do not reflect the final artistic vision, editing style, or professional standards of Natalia Photography. Providing RAW files would misrepresent the quality and integrity of the final work.

All images delivered are professionally edited and finalized.

Additional edited images may be purchased individually if available.

Full gallery upgrades (all edited images from the session, not including RAW files) may be available for purchase depending on the package selected. Availability and pricing are determined at the photographer’s discretion.

5. Artistic Style

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the photographer’s portfolio and editing style. Editing decisions, including color tones and final image selection, are at the photographer’s discretion and are consistent with the brand’s artistic vision.

6. Copyright and Usage

Natalia Photography retains full copyright of all images created during the session.

Clients receive a personal-use license for the edited images delivered in their gallery. Images may be printed and shared for personal use but may not be altered, edited, filtered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

RAW files remain the sole property of Natalia Photography and are not part of any package or upgrade.

7. Model Release

If you prefer your images remain private, this must be communicated in writing prior to the session.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, Natalia Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond control including but not limited to weather, illness, equipment failure, or acts of nature.

In the unlikely event of total image loss due to equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

9. Client Cooperation

Clients agree to cooperate and follow reasonable instructions during the session. The photographer is not responsible for missed images due to lack of cooperation, late arrival, or failure to prepare.

10. Safety

The photographer reserves the right to end a session if conditions become unsafe or if any individual behaves in a threatening or inappropriate manner.

11. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include [e-transfer / cash / credit card]. Returned payments or failed transfers must be resolved immediately to avoid cancellation.

12. Agreement

By booking a session with Natalia Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
